Caleb is a doctoral research student at the Engineering Design Centre (EDC). He is a member of the Aeronautical Design Group and is supervised by Dr Jerome Jarrett. His research interests are aircraft design and multi-objective optimisation. Currently, he is looking at how these practices can be used to achieve net-zero aircraft emissions.
Throughout his time as an undergraduate, Caleb has undertaken a research placement working alongside the Aviation Impact Accelerator (AIA) at the University of Cambridge to help create a first-order aircraft model. Other industry experience includes undertaking two internships as a software engineer at Autodesk, working on computer graphics and geometry in C++.
