Mark De Lessio joined the Engineering Design Center as a research student in October 2007 and is supervised by John Clarkson and co-supervised by Terry Dickerson. He plans to leverage his industry experience of developing processes for bringing new products to market in the Telecom, Internet and Software sectors as a basis for his current research. Mark is currently working on an industry survey/interview project to analyze and determine how unique organizations utilize the planning function to successfully manage their inherent complex product design processes.
