- B.A. (Engineering), Cambridge University, 2008
- MEng, Cambridge University, 2008
Jeremy joined the EDC in October 2008, after completing his undergraduate and Masters degree in the CUED. His Masters thesis looked at the wing design of a laminar flying wing (LFW) aircraft as part of the ongoing 'Green Aircraft Design' group project, which looks to develop a low fuel-burn alternative to current passenger aircraft.
His research is on the design optimisation of coupled fluid-structure systems, focusing on transonic wings for passenger aircraft.
Jeremy is supervised by Dr. Jerome Jarrett and is funded by an EPSRC DTA award.
