Chuan entered University of Birmingham in 2010 to do his final year bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering due to an international exchange programme with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST,China). Before that, Chuan has studied in China for three years in the same major. He graduated in June,2011 with first class honour in both universities and directly joined University of Cambridge to do his PhD degree in EDC. He is supervised by Professor John Clarkson, the head of the department in the area of Process Management and Change Management.
