Gillian has worked in the IT and telecommunications industry for over 25 years with an emphasis on product development and customer experience. Much of my early work focused on researching market dynamics, buyer behaviour and customer satisfaction to influence proposition development. Gillian has worked in both “client” and agency” roles – even running her own marketing consultancy for a while. Clients and employers include companies as diverse as Microsoft, Orange and BG Group. Gillian’s interest in User Experience Design has developed in the last four years where she has had the opportunity to enhance the value of this work in BT by bringing a strong commercial focus to their Usability work.
