My name is Mark De Lessio and I am the PhD student coordinating the
doctoral research for this topic area and I am very interested in your
feedback. A survey, which can be found at
http://www.designplanningsurvey.com, has been created to gather data for
this research. Your response would be a valuable addition to the feedback
already received and will contribute to the creation of an overall analysis
of current industry design process planning practise, of which, the final
result will gladly be shared with all who are interested. Your interest in
using the survey as a tool to conduct an analysis and create a planning
model of the planning activity specific to your own organisation which
could then be compared to the overall industry findings is also welcome and
encouraged. Such a company specific analysis, resulting from the
perspective of current employees, could be very beneficial in determining
what current planning practises work well and where potential improvements
might be made. If you have any questions or comments please e-mail me at
mpd36@cam.ac.uk. Thank you very much for your consideration.
