Ella-Mae Molloy graduated from the Systems Engineering MEng programme at Loughborough University in June 2005. Following that she has taken a post in the Human Science Department at Loughborough University, working as a Research Assistant on one of the tasks within EPSRC’s Grand Challenges – Immortal Information and Through Life Knowledge Management. Ella-Mae has also recently started work towards her Ph.D. Her current research interest is in the application of Cellular Automata theory (and other nonlinear mathematical techniques) to organisational design.

Ella was selected as a Role Model for EPSRC’s NOISE (New Outlooks in Science and Engineering) scheme in 2005.
