Dr. Daniel Geiger is an AIM-Fellow working with Professor Elena Antonacopoulou at the Liverpool University.

Dr. Geiger received his Master of Science in Business Administration in 2000 from Freie University of Berlin, Germany.

Following that he worked for five years as full-time employed lecturer and PhD student at Freie University of Berlin at the Institute of Management together with Professor Georg Schreyoegg. He completed his PhD thesis on the “Epistemological Foundations of Knowledge Management” in 2005. At the heart lies the idea of distinguishing narrative and discursive knowledge, each deserving specific managerial efforts with knowledge management.

After completing his doctoral thesis Daniel Geiger worked as a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined the AIM-Community in March 2006. Currently he is working on a research project interested in the Evolution and Reconfiguration of Organisational Practices.
