CWUAAT 2012 Electronic Submission

Submission of contributions to CWUAAT 2012 may be made using this web-based system.

Please create an account and password. This will be sent to your e-mail address.

Log in to your account and proceed with paper submission or reviewing - you will be instructed how to carry our a review if you are invited to be a reviewer.

Please note that account details for CWUAAT 2010 will not work - you will need to create a new account and password for CWUAAT 2012.

Invited Contributions

CWUAAT aims to solicit:

• Long papers (6-10 pages), reporting original work relevant to the workshop themes;
• Short papers/Poster presentations/ Demonstrations (3-4 pages).

Proceedings

Accepted long papers will be published as a book by Springer-Verlag, UK. Short papers will be published separately in the official conference proceedings.

Selected long papers will appear in a special edition of the Universal Access in the Information Society (UAIS) journal published by Springer-Verlag or another journal still to be confirmed.

Paper submission format

The proceedings of the workshop will be published as a book by Springer-Verlag. Consequently, the paper submission format will be in the Springer UAIS and book chapter style. The following Word document files are available to download and contain the formatting details:

guidelines1.doc - guidelines on obtaining permission for the use of third-party-copyrighted material

Please submit one .zip file containing a doc and .pdf files as an e-mail attachment to electronic submissions.

Please also state the following information in the accompanying e-mail and on a new blank page in the submitted file (note: not included in the page limit):

• Title of paper
• Names of authors
• Contact details of authors, including postal and e-mail addresses, phone/fax numbers and institutional affiliations
• Submission type (formal paper / poster abstract / position paper)
• File name (including extension) - prefix file name with author name, i.e. authorname_filename.doc or authorname_filename.pdf
• Version of Word used (if applicable)

Files with a .zip extension are also acceptable.

Paper submission deadlines

Deadline for submission of long and short papers, poster abstracts: 15th August, 2011

Notification of paper acceptance: 6th October, 2011

Deadline for camera-ready version of submitted papers: 24 October, 2011
